Eric has been CrossFitting with us for months, but it wasn't until signing up for and going through our Paleo/Primal 50 Days in the Cave Challenge that he finally experienced the physical changes he wanted. Since beginning his CrossFit journey, Eric has lost 25 pounds. Fifteen of those pounds came off in the past 48 days as a direct result of dialing in his nutrition while on this Challenge. Last week he PR'd his deadlift at 445 pounds and just today he PR'd his mile run in under 8 minutes and then turned around and PR'd a 5k row in 19:09.
