Talk, talk, talk and very little, if no, action. That's what most people do when it comes to fixing, adjusting, or whatever they need to do about their diet. Yes, I'm guilty of this as well. It's easy to fall into the food trap. What's the food trap? It's that hole you fall into after working out hard and eating well for a long period of time, feeling successful, and then deciding consciously or not to do just the opposite.
